We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Return the item within 30 days of receiving the RA.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be brand new and unused, with original unopened packaging and paperwork.

  • Items must be in sellable condition.

  • Returns that do not meet these criteria may not receive a full refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

  • You’ll receive a full refund minus:

    • Our cost of shipping (to and from you),

    • The cost of the return shipping label (if used),

    • For items with “free shipping,” standard shipping fees will be deducted.

Defective Items

  • If your item is defective, return shipping is free, and you’ll receive a full refund.

  • If the defect cannot be verified, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Exceptions

  • Free Returns & Exchanges do not apply to:

    • Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, international, or APO/FPO addresses.

    • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • International customers: Refunds are only issued if the item is returned to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

You should receive your refund within 4 weeks, but often sooner. This includes:

  • Transit time (5–10 days),

  • Return processing time (3–5 business days),

  • Bank processing time (5–10 business days).

We’ll notify you by email once your return is processed.

  • We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations are not always possible.

  • If your order has already shipped, you can still return it within 30 days for a refund.

Backordered Items

  • If an item is on backorder, a customer service representative will contact you with options to:

    • Wait for the restock,

    • Modify your order,

    • Or cancel for a refund.
